Return & Exchange Policy

We are happy to return or exchange items* within the US and 21 days of the original shipment date.

If you are requesting a refund it may take 5-7 business days to reflect on your account dependent on your bank, or provider.

For all of our customers, if you would like to process an exchange or return please contact our customer service team.

We sincerely apologizes for any wrong or incomplete orders. Please let us know by email within the first 48 hours of delivery, so we can make things right. Please attach your order info and any photos in the email. We will send out the missing items or resend the order whenever necessary.

Shipping Address
We use a specialized software to ensure that all customers input their shipping address correctly. The software will offer a suggested shipping address or will have you approve and proceed with the original address provided.

If the wrong address is inputted and you need a correction please contact our support team within 24 hours so we can fix it for you.

If the wrong address wasn’t caught on time, and the package gets sent back to us, that's ok. As soon as it gets back to us we’ll send you a new shipping invoice with a new address form. This is so we can get your order back to you as soon as possible.
